Courtyard by Marriott Lafayette South

Everything about this property was great! I’m not happy with Bookings.com. I called to explain that I had booked twice by mistake and was told that they would fix it. Within a day I found out that my friends had already booked rooms for us so I called back. I was told Courtyard needed to call or fax them with permission to cancel. I called Courtyard and they said that it was up to “Bookings” to reach out to the hotel, but they would see what they could do. When I arrived at the hotel they thought it was already taken care of but I have been charged twice on my American Express card! I have told my husband to exclude those charges when paying AmEx!

The location was easy to find and had access to nearby shopping & restaurants.

I did not have breakfast there , but I think it’s in a great location.

Nice room and bathroom, very helpful staff. Bath water flow was excellent Ed was comfortable

I should receive a discount because I checked in 11 pm because I had trouble with my car and could not go back to Houston
